4. I see I can nominate a Website, Department, Team or Individual for a Free Customer Service Rank but what is the Difference?
The main difference is the categories you prefer. You can nominate your website as a whole (all the recognition the website gets) or, you can as well nominate a Department, team or an Individual in your business. There is no limit to the number of categories that you can select. All the categories will be individually voted for by your customers and an individual Customer Service Rank will be generated for each.

You do not have to sign up, you can choose the FREE Customer Service Rank with unlimited voting categories. The FREE Customer Service Rank is for the first month only. If you were to Sign Up for a year, you’ll receive 12 Customer Service Ranks with more chances of winning awards.

12. Do I have a public page where anyone can see I’m nominated?
Yes, you do have your very own public nomination page on e2awards for verifying and certifying any award that you download. However, you do not need to display your Customer Service Rank on the public page if you do not download your awards. Therefore, the Customer Service Rank is strictly private. However, as soon as you decide to download an award, the Customer Service Rank will be visible to the public.

The monthly Customer Service Rank is calculated by converting the accumulated scores of the customer votes into a percentage.

The Customer Service Rank for each category is updated once a month and you’ll be notified by email of the latest Rank. This will only change if customers place votes for your chosen category so it’s important to get your customers voting for you as often as possible.

16. Does the Customer Service Rank calculation take into account previous months?
There are two Customer Service Rank (CSR) figures for each category. The Monthly Customer Service Rank and the Overall CSR. The Monthly CSR is for those votes placed in that particular month and determines any award you may receive. The Overall CSR is an accumulated total throughout the year of the 12 Monthly CSR, so you can see how you have performed overall for a year and if the Customer Service you deliver has improved or not.

The Customer Service Rank is unique and private to you. However, if your Rank wins an award and you want to download that award to your website, then the Rank will be made visible on your public nomination page for verification and certification.

You are not able to manipulate your votes in order to improve the outcome of a Rank. If your customers votes are rejected by yourselves, they will be notified and also have the option to respond to you via email. All aspects of your voting management will be taken into consideration once determining your Rank result.

No, you are not able to see a Customer Service Rank (CSR) result until your customers begin voting for you and they are not available until we email them to you each month. In the Nominee Dashboard you can view this monthly activity which will only tell you how many votes were placed with a percentage bar to give you some indication of how well you are doing. When we send you the CSR, you’ll be able to view the CSR results and voting statistics.

26. Why can’t I see this month’s Customer Service Rank or scores?
We have purposely withdrawn the Customer Service Rank for the present month to avoid any influence on the final result. We will email you the CSR and you’ll then be able to see the detail in the Nominee Dashboard.

27. Who can vote for my website?
As these are Customer Service Awards, your customers are the ones you should be asking to vote for you. If you login to your Nominee Dashboard you can select the Download Voting Logos and Links which you can add to your website or emails.

28. Can my voters be from selective customers?
You can allow any of your customers to vote for your chosen category. However, you can choose to approve voters in the event of any malicious votes placed against you. The voter will have to register and you will be informed by email that the individual voter has voted for you. If this is a genuine vote you just need to approve it for the vote to count. However, if you are unaware of this person being a customer or it is in any way a malicious vote then you can reject it with a reason. The rejection will place the vote into dispute and the voter will be notified by email with the option to dispute the rejected vote and give a reason why. The e2awards admin team will review the reasons of both the nominee and voter and will determine if the vote counts or not.

29. How many votes can my voters place?
Each individual voter can answer one questionnaire per category per month. As the awards are monthly, you can vote each month but you will not be able to vote for the same category in the same month.

30. I want to take part in a company’s customer service feedback questionnaire, how do I take part?
You simply select the ‘voter login’ link on the e2awards.com home page and Login or Register. There you will see your Voter Dashboard, select the ‘Vote for My Website’ button and then select the ‘Search for New Website’ and follow the instructions online so that you can answer a small questionnaire on your chosen category or categories.

31. I want to vote for a business website and I can’t find them listed?
When you search for a Nominee on our website and you do not find who you are looking for, simply select the (Not Found? Invite Nominee here!) button which will be displayed if the search returns 0 results or results that do not match exactly who you’re looking for. All you need to do is enter your and their email address and they will be sent an email from you requesting they register with us so you can vote for them.

32. How do I encourage my customers to vote?
The same way you encourage your customers to write testimonials for you, or when they offer to write a testimonial. Ask them to vote for you instead or as well! These are the primary customers to target for achieving you customer service award.

36. Is the ‘vote for us banner’ to be added to my website easy to upload?
As you go through the sign up process you will directed the Nominee Dashboard where you simply click download next to the banner. This will be presented as HTML code that will need inserting into your website. Please ask the webmaster to add this code to your website as it really helps towards your Customer Service Rank. Plus, you can use the link to insert into emails as both these links have unique codes that directs your customers to your public nomination page where they can vote for your categories.

37. If I ‘reject’ a voter, does the voter get notified?
If you reject the voter, they will be sent an email notifications informing them that their vote has been rejected, and they have the option to dispute the rejected vote.

Yes, they can vote each month for the multiple categories but a voter is not allowed to vote for the same category in the same voting period (month).

Your competitors will not have access to the download option of the digital awards, only e2awards nominee customers who have officially won due to the result of their Customer Service Rank, will have access to this page.
